Project Overview

This comprehensive renovation project at Ocean Heights in Dubai Marina involved upgrading the complete MEP infrastructure of a luxury residential unit. Zoltra replaced aging HVAC systems with modern energy-efficient alternatives, rewired the entire electrical system to current DEWA standards, and upgraded all plumbing fixtures and piping.
