Project Overview

Al Tayer Motors' FORD and Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Sharjah underwent a major MEP renovation led by Zoltra. The automotive showroom environment demanded powerful HVAC systems capable of maintaining comfortable temperatures despite the large open floor plan, frequent door openings, and heat generated by vehicles on display.

Our team installed updated electrical systems supporting the showroom's lighting design and digital displays, along with plumbing upgrades for the customer lounge, service reception, and washroom facilities. The renovation was completed in phases to minimize disruption to ongoing showroom operations..
