The brief was clear: create a technically flawless environment that would showcase DAMAC's luxury properties to high-net-worth clients. We installed precision-controlled HVAC systems ensuring consistent comfort across the expansive showroom floor, complemented by a dramatic architectural lighting design that highlighted the property displays and models.
