Cundall Office

Cundall, a globally recognised multidisciplinary consultancy, chose Zoltra to deliver the MEP fit-out for their Dubai Marina office — a space that needed to embody their commitment to sustainability and engineering excellence. We designed and installed an energy-efficient HVAC system that achieved significant energy savings compared to conventional designs, aligning with Cundall's own sustainability standards.

The electrical installation incorporated smart lighting controls with occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting, while the plumbing systems featured low-flow fixtures and water-efficient technologies. This project was a true collaboration between like-minded engineering firms, resulting in a workspace that practises what Cundall preaches — outstanding comfort with minimal environmental impact..
