Zoltra was selected to deliver the complete MEP fit-out for this ultra-premium residence, where every detail demanded perfection. We installed a sophisticated VRV HVAC system providing precise zone-by-zone climate control, complemented by a comprehensive electrical installation featuring smart home automation, architectural lighting, and a fully integrated building management system.

The plumbing scope included the finest Italian sanitary fixtures and a state-of-the-art water treatment system.
